A Different View of Jan Kochanowski's Laments

We are pleased to present the setting Laments what at the request of one of our readers, she made Kateryna Zubakhina Art&Book .

The book itself was printed in 2019 on cylindrical cotton paper. Arches Johannot in a print run of 30 copies. The text was based on the 1583 edition and was set in a typeface Monotype Perpetua , electronic version of the fonts cut by Eric Gill For Monotype Corporation in 1929. We also used ornaments cut by Gill in the same year for Golden Cockerel Press.

Copies offered by Rambler Press are bound by Sabina Mozga in half-leather, using marbled papers Magdalena Jurkiewicz .
