Sonnets go to auction
The 30th finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity featured William Shakespeare's "Sonnets" published by us.
These are 10 of 25 copies of "Sonnets", with a cover specially prepared for the 30th Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, made by Magdalena Bulanda. The book is provided with a leather, fold-out box imitating a book.

The Sonnets were originally published in their entirety in London in 1609 and contained 154 poems. They have been translated into Polish many times; our edition is a translation by Jan Kasprowicz, published in 1922.
The book was set in the Doves font, which is an electronic version of the fonts cut for Doves Press (1900–1916), one of the most important publishing houses of the early years of the 20th century.
We printed on Fabriano Tiepolo cotton paper. The binding is handmade from a case.
